Our boat and RV Storage is highly secure, offering several layers of protection:

• Fully Enclosed Bays: Each bay has ceiling-height partitions and is locked with the owner’s lock, ensuring privacy and security. Management does not have a key to access to your bay.
• Roll-up Doors: Doors have a “unique double-lock system” for an additional layer of security.
• Customizable Security: 120V A/C power is included in each bay, allowing owners to install their own camera and motion sensor systems.
• Controlled Access: A sliding security gate, accessible with unique entry codes, controls access and exit to the facility.
• Advanced Surveillance: The facility is monitored by numerous digital security cameras equipped with the latest AI technology, with off-site data backup.
• Perimeter Security: The entire perimeter is secured by a security fence and excellent lighting, enhancing overall safety.

Yes, we offer multiple stations for washdown and engine flush, as well as a convenient pump-out station. This makes it easy for customers to maintain their boats and RVs on site.

Hurricane Hole Storage is not just for boats and RVs; you can store a variety of items, including boats, RVs, and other personal property. The larger 50- and 55-foot bays even have enough space to accommodate multiple vehicles.

Yes, businesses are welcome to rent space and store property at Hurricane Hole Storage. Small businesses, specifically one-person operations that do not generate foot traffic, are appreciated. However, storefront-type businesses with sales from the facility are not permitted. This policy helps maintain the high security standards by keeping traffic to a minimum.

Yes, you are allowed to work on your personal property. However, using the facility to work on others’ vehicles is not permitted. A business renting space at Hurricane Hole Storage for the purpose of doing work for others is not permitted.
