Our storage bays are conveniently located near several RV parks, boat launches, and marinas. Not only that, but they are designed to withstand 150 mph wind loads and are sufficiently inland to satisfy most insurance “named storm” clauses.
With our professional management since 2008, we know what amenities are needed to provide you and your belongings with the best possible protection. For instance, our storage bays are equipped with 20A 120V A/C power, LED lighting, and rollup doors with wind locks that are 12 feet and 14 feet high. Plus, we offer multiple sizes of storage bays, ranging from 30 to 55 feet deep. Additionally, our facility is safe and secure with cameras monitoring the property, alarm systems, keypad gate access with individual codes, plenty of lighting, and more.

We offer nine (9) enclosed size configurations and two (2) outdoor configurations for your convenience. Consider the length of your trailer tongue and outboards when determining what size is right for you.

Our boat and RV Storage is highly secure, offering several layers of protection:
- Fully Enclosed Bays: Each bay has ceiling-height partitions and is locked with the owner’s lock, ensuring privacy and security. Management does not have a key to access to your bay.
- Roll-up Doors: Doors have a “unique double-lock system” for an additional layer of security.
- Customizable Security: 120V A/C power is included in each bay, allowing owners to install their own camera and motion sensor systems.
- Controlled Access: A sliding security gate, accessible with unique entry codes, controls access and exit to the facility.
- Advanced Surveillance: The facility is monitored by numerous digital security cameras equipped with the latest AI technology, with off-site data backup.
- Perimeter Security: The entire perimeter is secured by a security fence and excellent lighting, enhancing overall safety.
Are washdown and engine flush stations available?
Yes, we offer multiple stations for washdown and engine flush, as well as a convenient pump-out station. This makes it easy for customers to maintain their boats and RVs on site.
